4 Foods To Maintain Cholesterol Level

Cholesterol is a type of fat that is made by the liver and comes from the food that we eat. It is essential to maintain the levels of cholesterol in the body and it can be done by choosing a right food. Here is the list of some food items that increase the level of high density lipoprotein and decreases the level of low density lipoprotein.
