Some of the early symptoms of dehydration are dry mouth, decreased urine output, weakness etc.

2. Don’t skip breakfast

3. Regular exercise

A morning walk of 30 minutes daily can save you from many health problems and reduces the risk of many diseases. It can improve your mood and can also help you fight with depression and stress. With the help of exercise, a chemical called endorphins is released which interact with the receptors which our brain and reduces the perception of a brain. There are many other benefits of exercises on the different part of our body such as:

4. Cut down the consumption of salt and sugar

According to the studies, an excess intake of salt and sugar in your body can have an adverse effect on your health. It has become a danger for people around the world. Many doctors say that an excess intake of salt can increase blood pressure and a risk of heart disease and strokes. Not only, heart, an excess salt can also increase the risk of stomach and kidneys problems.

Similarly, eating too much sugar can have a bad effect on your health. This is because sugar is a product which has a lot of calories and our body cannot take so many calories regularly, it will affect our body one day. It as a negative impact on almost every part of our body such as teeth, liver, brain, kidney, pancreas etc. One should refrain from eating excess sugary food, instead, try eating food that has naturally sweet like fruits.
