Constipation is a disorder associated with the bowel movement which is infrequent or very hard to pass. Stool under this condition is hard and dry and bloating, abdominal pain are some of the symptoms of constipation. Generally, most of the people get constipated for short duration and after some time bowel movement becomes normal. Symptoms of sleep disorder vary depending upon the type of disorder but some of the common symptoms include Inability to fall asleep at night, inability to stay asleep at night, fatigue, sleep attacks and sleep walking. Headaches are ignored by most of us and we end up taking pain relief medicines that reduce the pain and other symptoms of it. It should be noted that persistent severe pain can be related to stress but there are high chances of the development of the medical condition. A headache is the common symptom of many health problems and it is not an easy task to find out an exact cause of a headache all by yourself. Therefore it is important to consult the doctor if you experience severe headaches after every interval or a persistent headache.
