Although, according to the research, scientists have found that the men whose age is around 20 to 30 years old, are less likely to experience Erectile dysfunction because they are more energetic now a days and they are also considered to be more active in this age.
42% of the men whose age lie between 40 to 50 years, most possibly get erectile dysfunction. They also suffer with artery disease and high blood pressure. The level of cholesterol starts increasing and the patients are more prone to diabetes.
Around the age of 60 years, a male’s body produces less testosterone, but they don’t usually notice this problem and gets on with it. But slowly, when this condition starts becoming problematic, it becomes a concerning issue. Men are bound to experience Erectile Dysfunction around that age. Therefore, it is advisable for them to exercise regularly. Exercise will not only improve the dysfunction rate, but also keep them fit.
