You must have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it breaks the fast of long eight hours. It is important to understand the importance of breakfast for the functioning of the body. It provides fuel and makes our body ready for the entire day. It is believed that people who skip breakfast are more likely to consume unhealthy food and beverages whole day. Healthy breakfast provides vitamins and minerals and decreases the incidence of weight gain. Skipping a breakfast to reduce the intake of calories is not a good idea and you may save few calories by skipping it but it will make you more in your lunch. .The first rule to weight loss is reducing food intake. Adding protein to your breakfast can reduce your calorie intake during lunch time as breakfast will keep you full until lunchtime. 5. You are too stressed out
People are more likely to gain weight when they are under stress as stress increases their cravings for unhealthy food. Stress increases the level of cortisol which is a stress hormone and induces the body to eat comfort foods. When we eat under stress, the digestion decreases and the procedure of calorie burning will also decrease and this leads to many health issues such as the change in sugar level and the body might crave for more sugary items such as sweet and chocolates.
